Folks, pre-season training is on every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30-8ish.
We've had a pretty good turn out for the sessions so far but always need more! The focus at the moment is on cardiovascular fitness, explosive strength into the tackle and teamwork...there's a few new faces coming along so getting to know everyone is important, as well as being in top condition for the start of the season (August 22nd, away at Hartlepool Athletic).
With this in mind, on Tuesday 16th June we're having an after-training knees up - food, beer and chat. A socialising team is a good team...and we aim to be top of the league this season.
So, come training, bring a friend, meet the lads, have a laugh...it's all good!
